Our playhouse prices include all delivery charges - unlike others we do not add delivery charges during the checkout process.
SPECIALIST DELIVERY SERVICE:- These playhouses are normally delivered by specialist trained staff in dedicated vehicles. This ensures less damage. Most cheaper playhouses are delivered by national carriers who normally deliver to the kerbside only and cause more damage. Their prices are based on weight and panel sizes. As a result, playhouses delivered by outside carriers are made in small and flimsy lightweight sections with less wood. The benefits of our specialist delivery service include less damage, larger more rigid panels and heavier construction.

Installation by specialist trained staff is available as an option in some postcode areas only.
If installation is available in your local area the prices are displayed alongside the playhouse prices.
OPTIONAL INSTALLATION: If installation is ordered your playhouse will be delivered and installed on the same day by prior appointment with you. These playhouses are designed to be professionally installed so more care is taken in the factory to speed up installation and minimize problems on site. The result is better quality playhouses which are easy to fit and longer lasting. The installation charge includes preservative treatment to the underside of the floor.
SIMPLE DIY ASSEMBLY: Because these playhouses are designed to be professionally installed they are also easier to fit yourself. Features of these playhouses include careful construction with high quality components, larger panels and fewer problems.

SAFETY FIRST: We take care to ensure that our wooden playhouses are as safe as practically possible and strong enough to withstand normal play. Door hinges include a gap large enough to prevent trapping a child's finger as the door closes. Doors are non locking and easily opened with little force. Screws and nails are recessed into the wood with no points or sharp edges protruding. Doors and windows are glazed with perspex safety glazing. No decorative lead is applied to the glazing. The preservative complies with BS5665/EN71 part 3.
LENGTH AND WIDTH: In the SIZES & PRICES chart the first dimension listed is the width and the second dimension is the length. The width refers to the angled gable wall. The sizes quoted do not include the verandah. All sizes quoted are the external playhouse sizes unless stated otherwise.

RESTRICTED ACCESS: A quality feature of these playhouses is that they are made in large rigid panels. If access is restricted, your playhouse can be specially made in smaller sections designed to pass through a normal single door. The smaller sections are designed to be at least as strong as the larger panels normally supplied. This option is not normally required for 6' wide buildings unless there are other obstructions.
